  Walked into Centerlink Geelong and never have I ever received such poor customer service. I walked up to the lady who was taking enquires and I was polite and waiting my turn in line. Once she said 'next please' i walked up, introduced myself and explained my issue. She didn't allow me to finish what I wanted to say and assumed everything else. I felt so disrespected and didn't ask everything I wanted to. She was fidgeting and walked away once without excusing herself. I'd rather sit on hold for 2 hours instead of putting up this. Not impressed at all.

  Overall Centrelink is dreadful to deal with. The government has cut costs and staff to the bare minimum and dealing with them is a massive pain in the rear end. The staff were really great but they're overworked and if you must visit, a little politeness and consideration goes a long way. The fastest way to get things done is use their website or ring them at 8.00am.

  Absolutely horrible, no help with student claims after deleting my entire tertiary education details off their system. They cause their own problems!
