  Remember old fashioned dedicated, focused customer service? Yeah, I couldn't remember it either until I had to go in search of insurance for my tours and events company, Tour de Trails. Kind of tricky events and tours - lots of ifs, buts and maybes for the insurance industry - which likes to put things in boxes - to deal with. But then Jade and Rodericks applied the old aforementioned customer service, listened to me describe my broth of insurance needs (where I put people out into the outdoors in what some consider risky situations) and they helped to quickly and economically define and cost and confirm all my insurance needs. And when a new tour or event comes along, they are onto it double time. Cover notes in a flash. I have already recommended Rodericks to many of my colleagues in the outdoors, tourism, media and events industries. Can't recommend them and Jade highly enough.   I can't recommend this team enough for all of your insurance needs. I have 5 companies as well a few personal items insured through them and have always had them exceed expectation with service and effort they go to to ensure my needs are met.
