  The customer service at this store is disgusting!! I spent 45 mins trying to pay for 3 items and put some money on a layby. No staff in the layby section customers diverted to entertainment with one person there snowed under with returns, waited 25 mins and got told i could pay layby at fromt register. When going to the front not one person serving just 2 people helping with self service. Whilst i was finally getting served the worker stopped serving me 3 times to assist other customers!! I saw 4 other people just leave amd walk out for lack of service and also comment to workers the disgusting service.. i will be telling people to avoid your company. You make that much money yet cant employ enough staff at this very busy time of year. Absolutely mindblown at the lack of decent service.

  No customer service whatsoever. Only giving it 1 star because there is no 0 star option. Rude staff at the front needed to use a gift card and the cow didn't know how to use it. Then looked down her nose at my partner and told him to go to concierge desk to find out the expiry date (concierge lady was lovely) target employee then spoke to numerous other employees right in front of us saying how rude we were and that we were the stupid ones. Will never shop here again. Wanted a refund for my gift card so I could spend it at Myer. I got told it's already been processed so can't get it?!? Got the manager over and he was useless as well. Had to wait in line again for my gift card to be returned or refunded but the chick had already put it into the bin. HOW DISGUSTING when I hadn't even finished my purchase and wanted a refund. Do not go here you'll regret it!

  Very rarely shop at Target and l won't be changing my habits any time soon. The lack of service is astounding!
