  Walked in to purchase a bmx for my son, was not greeted for the first 10 minutes then was told that the staff member "won't be a minute", only to wait another 10 to be served by someone coming off lunch. Over priced under serviced!

  My husband and I recently purchased 2 bikes and we were very pleased with the service. The staff helped pick the correct size bikes and we even had a 'test ride' in the loading dock out back. The staff serviced the bike before we left as well, and help load them safely in our ute for transport home.

  Been in there only a few times but each time they were friendly and helpful, have a great range of mountain bikes, not many bmx though, good location

  I purchased a new bike from here a couple of weeks back only to walk in this week to see that the bike I had bought was $150 less... I was very annoyed >:( but what was more annoying was when a Bearded guy came over and asked me if I was ok... I told him that I had just bought this bike and now its heaps cheaper and im not happy... he said, sorry but we dont find out about the specials until ONE day out from the sale.. well thats just BS.. im calling you out... he then slinked away and whispered to this other guy behind the counter... they both slinked away and made sure they didn't make eye contact with me because they are obviously gutless wonders who shouldn't be in retail... never offered me anything to make it right... or discount on my next purchase etc... oh... the reason I was back in the shop was to buy two more bikes... well guess what... if you had dealt with me appropriately and didn't "slink" off like gutless wonders I'd have purchased two more bikes ... but now you can go to hell... I wont be back again...
